I am very proud of my packing – for once I managed to pack just the right amount of things and traveled light and easy. If you’re a “to-do-list” and other “lists” lover like me, you might find this packing itinerary for Thailand useful 🙂
We are going from overcrowded Pukhet and family-oriented friendly Ko Lanta to try out 3 days on a little island of Ko Jum in vicinity of Krabi. Already arriving to the island was a bit of adventure. The ferry from Ko Lanta stopped on open sea and we jumped into a little long-tail boat throwing our luggage through air:) Continue reading “Days 10-13 Island Isolation in Ko Jum”
For our travel we are using the 2016 edition of Rough Guide – we are super satisfied, it is as precise as it can be. We have been eating in great restaurants, found the best beaches etc. For Pukhet Island one of the recommended highlights is the Pukhet Town itself. So we sacrificed a day on the beach, rented a scooter and set off to discover this inland beauty:)
So…after 3 very peaceful and tranquil days at Mai Khao Beach (if you are choosing where to stay on Pukhet, I really recommend the northern part and Mai Khao!) we decided to throw ourselves right into the biggest tourist jungle. Why?!? Because we wanted our Thai experience to be as diverse as possible:)
January the 10th: Today is only the 3rd day of our holidays and we are already doing extreme sports – moped tour:) We decided to visit a place that is on cover of many travel books – Ao Phang Nga National Park in Phang Nga Bay:
I travel a lot. Many times I thought about starting a travel blog, but now for the first time I am in a country where WiFi is literally everywhere – in the hostel, in restaurants, cafes… it is even on the beach where we spend the last 2 days.
So I took the opportunity and instead of writing a paper-diary I will start a simple blog. It is my first try, so I don’t expect an amazing quality (and neither should you:))
